"Wired" for Magnetic Force

Two straight, vertical wires carry the same amount of electric current. Wire 1 is to the left (or West of) of Wire 2. The current in Wire 1 is up while the current in Wire 2 is is down.

If Wire 1 has a magnetic force on it (due to Wire 2), in what direction is that force on Wire 1?

There is no magnetic force. The currents are the same magnitude, therefore the magnetic fields cancel.
