A thin metal plate of dimensions $35 \: \rm {m} \times 35 \: \rm {m}$ carries a total charge of $+3.0 \: \mu \rm C$. Use Gauss's law to determine the magnitude of the electric field $15 \:\rm mm$ above the center of the metal plate. (Neglect the thickness of the metal plate).
