Computer-Literacy Course

GMAT-13XHNX

A university is considering changing the requirements for students who enter its honors-track history program. In order for the proposed changes to be effective, the university is making all students attend a weekly computer- and internet-literacy course during the first semester of their junior year. Topics would include effective use of social media, networking, simple programming, and identity protection. The course would be held for one hour each Wednesday night, and a cornerstone would include self-reflective assignments about that week's topic.

The university is making all of the following assumptions EXCEPT

A

students lack experience in the proposed topic areas.

B

students will have time in their schedules to attend the classes.

C

students will be honest in their self-reflective assignments.

D

students' future school success will be positively impacted by the content of the course.

E

students are at higher risk of having their identities stolen.
