Park models are generally found in an RV park or community setting. These are popular for use as a cottage, vacation or
retirement home. These are one-bedroom homes typically under 650 square feet in space.
Manufactured homes are built in sections in a controlled factory environment in accordance with the federal building code
administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). You can choose the number of size
of rooms, as well as amenities such as front porches, vaulted ceilings, modern kitchens, recessed lighting, marble window
sills, vinyl framed windows, and more.
Modular homes are built engineered to local building codes and then transported to the job site where they are installed on
permanent foundations. With predesigned sections, even the largest floor plans will find a greatly reduced build time.
