Why does Huck ask the Judge to take all of his money in Chapter 4?
Huck knew Judge Thatcher would be able to invest the money best for him since the judge has a head for math.
Huck can lie to everyone, except he cannot lie to himself.
Huck is worried Tom Sawyer might convince him to use the money in one of his schemes.
Huck feels bad for the havoc he has cause the Widow and Miss Watson, so he wants the Judge to use it to pay them back, anonymously.
Huck trusts Judge Thatcher, as he is the only adult in his life who hasn't tried to civilize him or beat him senseless.
