Compare the electric field from the spheres at a distance $x$ from the center of the spheres? Assume $x$ is greater than the radius of the spheres.


The conducting hollow sphere has a greater E-field than the solid insulating sphere, which has a smaller E-field.


The insulating solid sphere has a greater E field than the hollow conducting sphere, which has a smaller E-field.


Both spheres have the same E field.


Neither sphere would cause there to be an Electric field.
