According to some reports, $25\%$ of Americans never recycle. An environmental group wants to investigate why this is true and if there is anything that can be done to encourage more recycling. They plan on creating and conducting a widespread survey, but first they want to interview $5$ people who never recycle in order to better understand the situation.
