A spherical buoy has a radius of $0.130\text{ m}$ and a density of $550\text{ kg/m}^3$. The buoy is submerged a certain depth below the surface of the water and then released, causing it to accelerate towards the surface.

When it reaches the surface, the buoy launches into the air to a height of $0.850\text{ m}$ before falling back to the surface and coming to rest. Assume the density of water is $1000\text{ kg/m}^3$ and $g = 9.81\text{ m/s}​^2$.
