Why does it matter how the first columns of a truth table are set up?
It matters because proper set-up determines that all the possible outcomes are met of a given conditional.
It matters because improper set-up will always lead to a wrong answer, even when everything else is correct.
It matters because if you don't set it up right it is impossible to figure out the right answer.
It does not matter as long as the table is organized.
