We accept credit cards, checks, or purchase orders. If you are sending a purchase order, e-mail schools@albert.io with your PO attached. After you talk with our team, we'll send you our W-9 for your purchasing department.
We can have you ready to go as soon as the same day of payment or of receiving a PDF of an approved purchase order.

Albert offers two contract structures to fit your needs:
⭐️ Standard Contract: Our standard contract runs from July 1 through June 30 each year, aligning with typical school calendars for easier budgeting and renewals.
⭐️ Rolling Contract: If your fiscal year or operational needs don't align with the July–June cycle, we offer rolling contracts. Rolling contracts can begin in any month and will continue for a full 12-month period from the start date. This ensures your school always receives a full year of service, no matter when you begin. To request a rolling contract, simply let your Albert representative know your preferred start and end months during the quote or renewal process.
For all contract structures, we offer multi-year agreements to maximize long-term value and ensure schools and districts can confidently invest in Albert.
We do not. Pricing is always based on 12-month rolling contracts, or school-year-end. Waiting to purchase a school or district license midway through a school year does not receive a discount, unless the deal is for a new customer and the next full school year is bundled in the purchase order.
